"friendly town good community spirit"
Wonthaggi is a growing country town, with many excellent facilities (more to come like a university) including hospital, medical centeres, the library is outstanding, the staff are very accomodating and the facilities you have access to are great and lots of activities for people of all ages. My Grand son just did a coding class! lots of walks ie wetlands and desal all of which are constantly being improved. But the best bit is close access to the beach, you can't beat it summer or winter! I am friendly with all my neighbora and they're there if I need them but they respect my privacy. I am very happy here!

- Brilliant town to live in and raise a family.
- Close to Phillip Island, Kilcunda, Cape Paterson and Inverloch beaches
- The rail trails, Baxters Loop track and wetlands walking tracks
- The wildlife and flora is superb, Kangaroos, Wombats and plenty of birds
