Seaford Meadows

"New and open spaces in a 'beachy' little suburb."

As a professional trainer I value out door spaces to maintain a good fitness life style. It's great to be able to run and ride through the small parks. Seaford Meadows is very close the Seaford Shopping Centre which has everything I need from banking to supermarkets and my favourite coffee shop. Being only 510 metres from the beach on the weekends I take the dog for a run. New houses, new roads and parks - how nice is this!

Great for

  • and public transport links to the city.
  • Local shops in walking distance
  • Placed within the heart of the south with first rate access to beaches,
  • Excellent for families
  • Excellent new housing

Not great for

  • The new train line is not finished yet.
  • The new shopping centre is 12 months away.
