"What I like about staying at 18 Viewpoint Road, Balwyn North."
Place is quiet and with nice and pleasant neighbours.
The bicycle path to Koonung Park is just 50 metres up the road. Very convenient to go for a cycle ride or take a pet dog or kids out for recreation any time of the day.
There are shops for eating and mini shopping just a shy 2 roads away at the main road. If you are looking for Coles, it is just 3 minutes drive away nearby towards Kew.
A small kindy and primary school (BellaVue) is just a short walk from the house. Very good for families with young kids. The basketball court is open to the public for use after school. Take a short 3 mins drive will take you to one of the top performing public funded schools, The Balwyn High School. My 2 children studied there.
