"A street with many friendly people, centrally located to everything but very peaceful"
A safe quiet street which is located in the heart of the dining out/shopping/night life district. Offering easy access to fantastic amenities including parks, public transport etc.
A clean street which has many large established trees - including Jacarandas - offers shade and privacy to residents. At certain times of the year there may me some leaf litter on side walks - however this is natural streetscape and poses no problem.
Neighbourhood is friendly with many young local children. Two primary schools wihtin walking distance...and land values increasing at a strong pace. A lovely place to live
