The main transportation options are bus and Caltrains:
You can take the bus (line 29 runs on Mansell St.) and the 56 runs through the city zig-zagging.
The Bayshore Caltrains station is just to the south of Visitacion Valley.
And there is also a light rail station on 3rd Street.
