Is Wakeley area safe and worths?

I am considering building a new house at Wakerley area, I was reading about this suburb but I realized one of negative(but helpful)comment that noisy from aircraft is quite serious near Wakerley park. My new place will be around there(on foot 30min, by car 4min)
Can I buy this land or search for new land??
We are just small family who dont need night life. Partner and future kids, that is it.
Please advice me
