Is Walkerville an expensive suburb to live in?

ZebD, I have to say. Its quite of an expensive suburb. Its expensive because, of course, its so close to the city, and the other thing is that it is such a lovely area that the suburbs motto is: "Walkerville - Your Town."
Hopefully you might be able to by a house in Walkerville, if you can find a house without the price issues, but I think you will find the price issues in Walkerville. Good luck! :)

Its expensive to purchase but you can get a rental property for a reasonable price.
That being said for house close the Suburb is to the City its fairly priced for the quality of homes that are around.
