Reviews of Walligan, QLD
"Deadly snakes and cane toads and the humid heat. Have a pool is mandatory"
I was bitten by a whip snake and almost died. My pets died mysteriously. There’s always snakes sliding up walls or weird neighbours with trams or flying drones over your property. The cane toads are everywhere and give you a fright when you’re walking as they look like death adders sometimes in the dry grass.
"Privacy plus hervey bay"
Walligan is a great hidden gem.
We have lived here 3 years, here are my thoughts:
1. only 10mins into hervey bay which is terrific.
2. Quiet and peaceful
3. Large home blocks more privacy.
4. All the shops and convenience of the major town
5. Great neighbours
6. Great property investing ours has doubled since we moved here.
7. School bus at door
8. Room to be self sufficient or just have space and not see your neighbour but know their there in case you need them
9. Great internet with Dodo we have had great service with nbn.
