"Parkland at your door step"
A beautiful tree lined street facing parkland and close to the river. You can even catch a glimpse of the CBD from the street's elevated position. If not for that, one can almost forget that the city is only a 10 minute drive away. The street is lined with many large period homes on big blocks. However, there are several units in the mix.
