Hi,
Wantirna Rd although not the busiest it can get busy during peak hours like morning and nights. If you don't mind a little traffic then don't hold back. Growth throughout Wantirna has grown very rapidly and with the current prices of today it looks like it is still growing.

As a Property Manager specialist I've looked after a few rental properties on Wantrina Road and as Geraint said it is only particularly busy during peak times.
The rental return in Wantirna is steady and is a lovely area to live it.
