The Warner Family Medical Centre found here https://warnerfamilymedicalpractice.com.au/fees/ has a mixed billing system.
I also found this on their site, "We bulk bill children under 15 years of age, Concession, DVA and Health Care card holders* Students are given a $10 discount on all of our fees".
