In Warragul, the median sales price in August 2019 was at $451,250, compared to a median sales price of $415,000 in August 2018 and $340,000 in August 2017. This median house price is sitting above the median sales price for the Baw Baw region at $430,000 (August 2019).
Data suggests that 62.2% of buyers are residents moving in from other suburbs to Warragul, and within Warragul 76% of residents are owner occupiers, with 24% being renters.
