I lived in Springvale Drive and used to walk to the station and couldn't hear the train until I was in the station car park and even then it's not very loud. I would say you wouldn't hear much noise at all.

I live across from the station (about 500m) walk and we hardly get any freeway or train noise.

We're still looking at properties so that's great to know!

We back on to the train station. Can hear it from our back yard but I often don't even notice it.
