I live 2 houses away from Beach Road. Traffic is not bad anytime as it crosses the arteries between Perth and the outer lying suburbs. But saying that, there is a long wait during rush-hour at Wanneroo Road and Marmion Avenue corners for the lights to turn green. Reid Hwy is a far better option for heading East-west as there are traffic bridges over some intersections.
