Washington Park, Colorado null is located within the Denver local government area, part of the Denver County Region in undefined.
I usually go to Washington Park during the summer to walk or ride around the park and sometimes my daughter plays volleyball there in the summer. Everyone seems so friendly and like minded, it's such a great place to play. I'd like to know more about the actual neighbors!

Wash Park is definitely a laid-back place to live as well as play. The neighborhood itself is quite large, but it's made up primarily of single-family homes with coffee shops and locally-owned restaurants on the street corners. There are a few bars around, but they tend to close early and don't attract the rowdy crowds like South Broadway, Capitol Hill, or Colfax. As for the people, the houses are filled with families, young professionals, and retirees. It's a good mix, for sure, but everyone waves on the streets, and it's a very safe feeling neighborhood.

I agree with mbrods, Wash Park is very laid back both the neighborhood and the park itself. It seems like a really great place to live thats close to downtown.
