"Well established, safe and well maintained and respected area"
Waterman Tce offers a quiet street, but with convenient access to one of Adelaide's main arteries to get you to where you want to go fast. The street is flat, well established and maintained. It is also located conveniently close to Westfield Marion, Parkholme Shopping, Medical, Schools and just a few minutes walk to either train or bus. If the nightlife is what you are after, just a few mins in a cab and you are at Glenelg and Holdfast Shores, or just head up Anzac Hwy to the city if that is more your scene. Is also ideally located for Flinders Medical Centre and Flinders University.
