Excellent area for young & old. Doctors, Dentists, Physio, Chemist, right there for you. Great shops, Top ranking Primary School, plenty of Parks, Highways that lead to eveywhere.

"Great Suburb In A Great Location"
Wattle Grove is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Perth CBD and 10 Minutes from the Airport and is right on the door step of both Roe & Tonkin Highways making it convenient to get just about anywhere. The suburb itself is very family friendly and has a great local primary school making it great for young and old family's alike.

The suburb of Wattle Grove continues to be the premier location of the Foothills with its access to the CBD and Airport with its easy access to both the Roe and Tonkin Highways. There is a huge influx of young families buying into this suburb, pulled by the award winning Wattle Grove Primary School. On both sides of the main arterial road (Hale Road), you will find parklands serving as greenery lungs for families to exercise and enjoy.
Besides the Wattle Grove Shopping Centre anchored by Aldi supermarket, more shopping amenities are within a 5 minute drive at Forrestfield Market Shopping Centre, you will find Coles, Woolworths and many other specialist shops including hair dressers. Other facilities close by are the Hartfield Recreation Centre offering a variety of sports including Auskick, Rugby , Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Cricket, Tennis and a gym. Except the Wattle Grove Primary School, the other schools you mentioned are below average in WA and I don't think you can regard them as a advantage.
