Quiet and leads from the infamous Jells Park up to the Police Academy at the top of the hill, with bus transport, boutique shops, quality houses, St Barnabus Anglican Church and service station, all prior to Springvale Rd.

Waverley Road is perfectly located between Wheelers Hill and Glen Waverley with Jells Park at the eastern end. There are street shops with an excellent butcher, milk bar and chemist on the corner of Dominion Ave. The beautiful Police Academy stands at the top of the hill and houses are well built and established. Friendly neighbours, churches, and public transport run along this road. For a main road, it is quiet in comparison to others and safe, particularly east of the Police Adacemy. Crime is very low on Waverley Rd. I would highly recommend living here, particularly if you have a family, are retired or are a couple looking to have kids. There are shopping complexes nearby, sporting facilities for all ages and beautiful restaurants and take away venues.
