What is the Internet connection like in Wellard?

I've heard that most of the homes there can't get an ADSL line - is this true?
We want to buy an established house in Wellard Village but I work from home and need fast, reliable internet which doesn't drop out. Are there parts of Wellard which are better than others? Interested to also find out what Wireless coverage (with Vivid wireless and Vodafone) is like in the suburb.

I am in the village. With Aussie Broadband and get about 850 Mbps most of the time. Most of the new bits are on fibre but some of the older bits have copper for the last mile connection.

I understand some parts of The Village doesn’t have as good internet but you can check with providers before buying. We have nbn and our internet is excellent but we are in Providence.

We are with Tpg on adsl 1. It very rarely drops out. From our research you can only get adsl 2 with telstra. Last time we looked Vivid didnt have wireless in this area. Not sure about vodafone. Mobile phone recption isnt good so the wireless internet may not work very well either.
I havent heard anything about not being about to get an adsl line. We had no trouble getting one.
