Which suburb is better - Wellard, Bertram, Success or Hammond Park?

Which suburb is best out of the 4 mentioned... i am planning to buy my first home but a bit concerned about public schools, safety etc for my kids..
does anyone live or have heard about the area?
please advice...thanks

The place you really want is Atwell. Safe, quiet, great neighbourly spirit, wonderful parks and excellent schools.
