Is Wembley ACTUALLY safe?
I've lived in SOTR suburbs like Canning Vale, Piara Waters, etc. and I've felt very safe and experienced/noticed very little criminal activity. I am looking to move NOTR, possibly Wembley but I can't help but feel slightly worried with how close it is to the city. Does it back onto any dangerous suburbs? Is it safe enough to walk around at night, from a train station etc.? Realistic answers would be nice, I've seen people on here praise suburbs like Ellenbrook even though it's known to be quite dangerous...

Hi Anthony, the northern suburb's of Wembley and Surround are very safe suburbs. I live in the neighbouring suburb of Floreat and it is one of the safest suburbs in the state.
Simply put living in the area mentioned and surrounds is fantastic.
