Why are there so many appartments for sale on Herdsman Parade in Wembley?
Is there something wrong with living there?

Because there are so many apartments there. More than a dozen mini-high risers each with around 50 apartments, and other 1 and 2 storey apartment blocks. It is a bit of a getto, but there are worse places to live in Perth but not many.
