Is the crime bad in Werrington Downs? Hearing so many conflicting stories?

mmmmmmmmm Ive lived here for a very long time
I park my car in my driveway, Ive left my purse accidentally on the boot.
Ive forgotten to lock up the house leaving the odd window open and once the front door...
Dont ask what happened there, it must have been a blonde day
My shed door stays open and unlocked 90% of the time
The kids have left their bikes out accidentally over night
I walk alone to exercise in the evening 6 nights a week.

Ive personally never experienced an issue.

Agreed. I've grown up here and now I am hoping to buy here and raise my own family here. Werrington Downs is really safe, I've done a lot of the above and have never had any problems either. I've left the entire garage door open (forgot to click the button on the remote on the way out!) and we have tools and keys to other cars and access to the house through there and nothing happened.

I've been living here for years with my family. I've left personal items in the driveway or open gate to the backyard and nothing has ever gone missing. Sometimes our cars might even stay unlocked overnight or windows open and, again, no issues at all...
Neighbors are friendly and always say hello. I haven't witnessed any unusual behaviour and we take a walk with our kids nearly every night.
