So first of all, when we are talking about home prices in Western Addition, San Francisco we are really talking about condos--since only about 1 in 10 of the properties here are traditional homes--if that.
On the low end, a condo here might sell at $250,000 to $300,000.
On the high end, a condo or home might rise to as much as $900,000.
Most condos here, though, go for between $500,000 and $700,000 roughly.
