First Time in Perth

Hi, I'm moving to Perth early next year and am looking for a furnished place to rent for my family with 2 kids. We plan to cap the rental at 750/week. Innaloo seems to have good facilities and is close enough to the city where I'll be commuting to daily. I'm getting mixed reviews from my research about this place. I'm rather concerned about safety and prefer new homes. Also noticed Innaloo does not appear much in discussions about good suburbs to live in. Would greatly appreciate some advice!
