Moving to Perth

We are moving to Perth in 6 months from Sydney and are looking at staying in Baldivis, we need to be close to a rail station as my work willl be in the city and near to schools for our 3 kids.
Can anyone advise if Baldivis is a good choice or recommend other areas nearby?

Baldivis is a very good suburb. Its right on the kwinana freeway and about a 10 minute drive from the train station. House and land packages start from around $350000.

Baldivis is not a place you can just take a train to and from work in the city, you better take a look at the Perth Railway lines before deciding on where you are going to be buying. Try to get as close to the city as possible.
