Are the Walnut Creek Apartments in Westminster a safe place for singles?

I used to live here and I have mixed reviews about the place. I liked the community and thought the apartments were great, but I had an incident with a mentally handicapped neighbor that left a bad taste in my mouth. I moved shortly afterwards. I also noticed there were a lot of kids who cut through the neighborhood from Standley Lake High School during their lunch break to do god knows what, but they always left trash behind them. Sorry this may not have been the answer you were looking for but that was my personal experience.
