What are some of the best neigborhoods near or around Standley Lake?

Sunstream is very nice on the east side. The Village of Five Parks and Whisper Creek are very nice on the west side. All of the neighborhoods around Standley Lake are great because you have easy access to Standley Lake Park.
Some of the homes on 103rd are very nice, and also very close to Standley Park. I'd check out this area, personally.
It really depends on what kind of housing you are looking for. I live in King Mills and this neighborhood is great because it is family friendly and surrounded by tons of parks. Sunstream is also nice but offers more cookie cutter homes. Walnut Grove is a mixture of slightly older homes and is also family oriented. On the south side of Standley Lake is actually Arvada and there are some awesome neighborhoods over there like Lake Crest and Village of Five Parks!
