We have lived in Crestwood Heights Molendinar for 16 years - built the home we live in. So many people don't know it is even here. Nestled away but so close to the GC University Hospital, Griffith Uni and easy access to the M1. Whitewood Place is a quiet culdesac. A lovely family environment with walking track and parks, there is a bus stop within walking distance and a 20min walk to the tram which will take you right to the Helensvale train station or to Surfers paradise and Broadbeach (Pacific Fair shopping centre). It is 10mins to the beach and right in the middle of different shopping centres - take your pic. Trinity Lutheran College (private school) 30 sec around the corner in walking distance. Also Aquinas college, Guardian Angels(Catholic schools), Ashmore state school very close by. Sharks Fitness centre plus other fitness centres in the vicinity, Medical centre and so much more
