Reviews of Whitsundays, QLD
"Everyone needs a piece of Hamilton Island!"
Drive 2 hours from sydney and where do you get?
Fly 2 hours and you end up on Hamilton Island. I think its pretty good to leave work Friday afternoon and be eating dinner on the water a few hours later on this island.
Hamilton Island has everything you need and is only getting better, this place is gold but obviously being an island has limited stock as far as realestate goes.
GOLD!

"Hayman Island - Loose your cares and enjoy"
Hayman Island is in the Whitsundays just off the coast, with the nearest airport being on Hamilton Island 15 kms away. Tours either by boat or air over the Great Barrier Reef are popular and can be arranged through the resort. The crystal clear waters make for great snorkeling and diving. Exploring the tropical inland of the island makes a change from the beach. Resort style accommodation is available on Hayman Island offering many packages for individual, couple, families and business groups with convention rooms and facilities available. There are a number of swimming pools at the resort as well as 9 hole putting green, tennis courts and some great bars.
