Reviews of Windemere Avenue, Morningside

"Ticks all the boxes"

We recently moved from Sydney and looked at Hawthorne, Norman Park and Bulimba. We wanted a large block that we could build our dream home with city views. We just couldnt see the value in the other suburbs and decided to buy at Morningside. Morningside is a quiet suburb that doesnt flood. It is close to Carindale shopping centre, Colmslie shopping village, Bulimba precinct, Bunnings, Cannon Hill and of course the CBD. It is close to restaurants, parks and private schools as well as State schools. There is hardly any traffic and it has excellent public transport options. It is close to the CBD and does not cost a fortune. Houses in Sydney that are within 6km from the city are very expensive. We are thinking about buying an investment property as well. in the area. We also have great neighbours most of whom own there homes rather then rent. We love it and are very happy.
