"Amazing lifestyle"

Acreage life 10 mins from buzzing tambo Mountain and its cafes, shops etc but also 15 mins from the convenience of oxenford shops, coomera boat ramp and only 20mins to the beach!
Best schools in Australia too
Amazing landscapes and friendly neighbours, definitely an amazing place to call home

"Rainforest Living 24 Minutes from Surfer Paradise Beach"

Great lifestyle for families living 5 minutes from Tamborine Mountain and 24 minutes from the Gold Coast Beaches. Where in Australia can you live in beautiful country rainforest and be moments away from sandy beaches (no where).

Wongawallan has a great community spirit and is rich with green beautiful mountains. We have over 3 crystal clean creeks with a ray of animals from bush turkey, green tree frogs, bandicots , wallabies, monitors, and many other animals. Your children and family will have freedom and safety.

Wongawallan is on the border of Gold Coast Schools and Tamborine Mountain schools so there is a large options for schools and private schools (St Stephens) drop your children to your front door.

why be any where else ?
see you soon

"The Green Hills are Calling"

Tree change anybody? Located in the Hinterland about 20 minutes from the beach is the sleepy little rural township of Wongawallan. It's lacking in amenities such as shops, but it makes up for it in peace and serenity. The beauty of the area is at times breath taking and there are little vineyards dotted around the place. A quick drive gets you up Tamborine Mountain in order to do some retail therapy or eat out, and the beach is so close it really is the best of both worlds. The locals are friendly and the climate relatively mild for QLD. House prices are pretty good with lots of acreage properties coming in under 700,000.
