"Very Peaceful and easy access to all amenites, Abundant Wild life at your Door, Short distance To Canungra and Great Views of The Canungra Valley and O`Rielly Pass"
Peaceful and Easy Lifestyle, It`s like being on Holidays, living there yet not far to the Gold Coast Beaches and easy access to Brisbane, Being on acreage it is far enough away from Neighbours but also short walk to see them and a very Friendly Neighbourhood it is, Then only 5-10 min Drive to Canungra Village. But only about 25-35 Minutes from Southport Shopping Centres and even closer to Nerang. Wake up in the Morning to Wallabies and there Joey's Grazing outside Your Window. Also at sunrise and sunset The Wildlife is very abundant with Wallabies and Rainbow Lorikeetes, King Parrots, and much more Bird life in the surrounds, Lovely Tall Timber and Grasses attracting Flora and Fawna. Can't wait to get back There !!
