"A mixture of young families & older couples, etc"
I have seen that the street comprises of singles, young married couples with growing families, and more established long-term residents. I am disappointed with the habits some nearby neighbours, but that is just my personal opinion.
Although there is a turnover of residents, we have lived here over 8 years and only one resident (grown children etc) around our part of the street has moved house - & they were here for many years.
Relatively quiet street. There is a kindergarten in the middle part of the street, & it is barely noticeable (except when there is a rare family day, when the street is full of parked cars).
