This area is absolutely worsening in its violence don't believe the fake facelift look if new fences and the pub the actual facts are my house has been robbed three times in the last 3 months and the noise pollution and harassment and people hanging out in the fences school continues. I notice reviews go missing as people try to sell well get my jewellery back and stop thieving. I think there's lots of proems with people leaving the pub of a night and the attacks on the homes. I'm sick of it.

We have a bowling club, a pub, a primary school, an oval, a police station with resident officers (lovely people) a small provisions shop, a community hall, a very good butcher, churches (the catholic church holds mass twice a month), lovely parks with play equipment, a swimming pool, a B+B, and a post office where the locals pick up thier post daily. (forgive me if I forget to mention all the details)
It's a beautiful place to live if you have work in neighbouring towns, but wouldn't recomend making the move here if you haven't got credentials for local industry. Do check the Australia Job Search site for local jobs in your industry.
Other than the beautiful parks, there aren't many things for older kids to do, but the roads are pretty safe if they enjoy bike riding.
Being a rural town, you need to be careful of wildlife on the roads at night, and some people keeping farm animals in their yards. Some of them and sometimes dogs, have been known to get out. Allso the kids here tend to be pretty out doorsy, so a good idea to keep an eye out for kids on the streets riding their bikes or playing.
