Why did the rating of Woodvale drop from 91 to 84?

I agree with Luton. I noticed some time ago that people with a hidden agenda could vote a suburb down and if there are only a handful of other voters, it significantly effects the rating. My query to the website administrators was left unanswered, they seem to not care too much about it. Just over a year ago, Woodvale was considered the 3rd best suburb in WA until it was down-voted.

Not sure but I wonder if it has to do with people (even agents) posting extremely negative comments to pull other suburbs down in order to lift their own suburb?
I have also noticed some people have made positive posts for their suburb but the actual post credits have gone onto another suburb. eg Parkwood positve posts have gone onto Willetton to gain the credits. I'm sure Willetton & Parkwood are not one & the same.
