Woolner, NT 0820

I have lived and owned my property on Chong Wee ave for 5 yrs. It's a quiet place to live and very green! Close to the city, Parap markets and great for walking/bike tracks through bayview, to the city, East Point and more. My friends loved the suburb so much they bought here too. Woolner is a closed suburb so the only people coming in and out are either residents or visitors, so it is quiet on the streets. Woolner has a huge park for the families and great access to the city for those looking for a night out. I have lived in the Darwin city centre and would much prefer suburban life in a suburb so close to the city, where I can walk at night alone, knowing I'm safe!!

I live in Manila Place, have done so for the past 4 years. 5 min from the cbd via car. Twenty minutes if you want to jog. Few minutes to the bus stop. All is good with this Woolner

Essentially Jolly Street is industrial. Be prepared for revving engines & the smell of burning rubber all night long from local businesses. Alot of motor racers hang out in this street.
