"So much to offer - Close to everything you could want"
Wright street is a top spot in Henley Beach. Opposite a reserve & only 3-4 blocks back from the beach (depending on which end you are at) with lots of conventional homes on large blocks. The council zoning is residential policy area 16 (mid-suburban), so not too many restrictions in terms of re-building.
Great access to bus routes on North street, Grange Road, Marlborough street & East Terrace. There are the Seaside Tennis courts to the northern end, and Henley & Grange memorial oval to the Southern end for cricket & football. Henley Square is about a 5-10 minute walk away & there are great public & private schools within walking distance.
