"Great Location Yarra Street"
- so close to all public transport, city, sporting facilities, botanical gardens, st kilda beach, all highways and the airport! Mostly couples and singles who live here. Great views to the top of the city. Only a small amount of noise from Train line, and factories.

Close to the airport? Maybe easy access to the airport via City Link (a toll highway). But the airport must be at least 45 minutes away by car (and that's without worrying about peak hour traffic).
