Good and bad about living/investing in Yattalunga
Yattalunga, NSW 2251 is located within the Gosford local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
including issues -flooding, termites, bush fires; recommended areas , Also how does Yattalunga compare to Saratoga, Green Point, Kincumber, Point Clare, Umina Beach . Thx

Yattalunga is a small town, so small in fact I have clients who will refer to it as nearby Saratoga instead. There are under 250 people living in the whole suburb! I would compare it easily to Saratoga, more central than Umina but further from M1 than Pt Clare. Most of the Central Coast is bush fire prone, but I wouldn't say Yatta is high threat. Are you looking at purchasing a property in this area?
