Looking at moving to York. My 8yo son has High-Functioning Autism.

He has the associated anxiety with going to school and other things. Do you think any of the schools there would be willing to do things differently for him? I've had a lot of experience with schools/teachers, and a lot of them say they will do things, but don't follow through. At present we are with a very caring private school who have just been wonderful. They really make the kids' problems their problems. As you can imagine, that makes a BIG difference for us. The big thing is if they REALLY care about kids and their parents.
