Reviews of Yowie Bay, NSW
"Quiet and safe but still not far from the action."
A nice quiet enclave in sutherland shire without the traffic problems of Caringbah and Cronulla. 8 Minute drive to beach and an easy walk to Miranda and not a bad walk to Gymea village also. A nice corner shop, a great cafe and a fantastic primary school make it a perfect place to live, especially if you have kids.

"Water Lovers paradise"
Lived here since 2000, Peninsular shape so no through traffic, great community atmosphere, Boat ramp provides for the boating community with Marina, Sailing Club & Public Jetties. Grew up on Georges River & it doesn't compare to the sandy clear waterways of Port Hacking bordering Royal National park.

"Beautiful quite suburb on the bay"
Quiet suburb by the water in the Sutherland Shire.
Not well known, however best move my wife and I have made is buying in Yowie Bay.
We have done some research and they say that Yowie Bay public school is the pick of all the local primary schools. Our home has great bush views (gum trees everywhere) from the back which includes childrens play equipment and plenty of space to roam for the kids. Waterviews to the left not far from the local boat ramp and drop in to the local cafe if you feel like a coffee and watching the day go by.
