"As Good As it Gets"
Yulunga Place offers the best of everything SE Queensland can offer. We often walk to the beach and cafes on the esplanade where there is so many options for great food and coffee it is hard to choose. Little kids swim at Mooloolaba and older kids head next door to Alex to surf. I can not think of anywhere else so beautiful with so many goods and services and a great climate where you can live on the water and walk to the beach without crossing major roads for under 2 million. The moved here is everything I hoped for and more!
Great for
- Walk to beach and shops
- Large park on the street
- Waterfront
Not great for
- Have to bring in bikes at night or they will rust from being close to ocean air
- Avoid chrome lamps and stools as after a couple years they will begin to rust even indoors
