"Great area to live, but extremely noisy neighbours."
Yutika Court is a small court located on the north eastern edge of Surrey Downs. There is a main road at the end of this court, with a bus stop opposite the end.
There are only 11 houses in this court, the majority being owner occupied, and the majority have well maintained gardens.
Some neighbours are quite friendly, however the majority keep to themselves.
The two downsides to this court are parking and parties.
Almost every weekend, and some nights during the week you can be kept awake by thumping music from the same house, and on the weekend there is no parking in the court as a result of people attending the party.
During the weekdays parking can be a problem from people parking from adjacent neighbourhoods and utilising the bus stop opposite the end of the street.
This court would definantly suit younger childless couples who are night owls.
