"A beautiful lifestyle choice"
The street is unique in Melbourne. I can honestly say that there is no other street in Melbourne like it. We have space, leafy parkland, remnant bushland, recreational facilities, good schools, very convenient access to freeways, a choice of shopping malls (Eastland, Knox City, Forest Hill Chase), restaurants of every kind (Chinese, Indian, Italian, Thai). If you have kids and pets this is THE place.
Abbey Walk is frequently visited by people from surrounding areas.
Real estate prices are mid to high
