Homely provides all real estate agents and property managers that list properties on our site an Agent Profile that can be accessed by consumers via our Agent Finder search.
If you haven’t already done so, claim your Agent Profile here.
A great way to build out your profile is to invite your existing and past buyers and sellers to leave a review on your page.
It's hugely valuable for your business to encourage clients to leave reviews, as most people choose a real estate agent based on online research and the experiences of other home buyers and sellers.
All new reviews are agent-controlled, so if you receive an unfounded, untrue, or defamatory review, you have the opportunity to report it to us before it is published on our site.
Agents on our free basic profile have 24 hours before a review goes live to report it and request removal. Agents on our Premier Agent plan have 14 days to report a new customer review that they wish to stop from being published.
Reply to the new review notification email from Homely or get in touch with [email protected] if you have any questions or want to remove a review.
