Adam was always available to field my questions. Very knowledgable of the area and price achieved was good. In the future, if opportunity arises, will let him manage my property again.
Adam was excellent to deal with, friendly, informative and excellent on communication. Would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a property.
Adam Hicks and his team at Hodges has been managing my property in Pascoe Vale for over 15 years. Adam and his team has always responded promptly and professionally to all my queries/requests. My property is now being sold and Adam has personally looked after that process and has negotiated and achieved a sale price that was above my expectation. I can highly recommend Hodges Real Estate.
I have been impressed by Adam's ability. He is attentive and does what needs to be done well. For five years he has managed our property in East Street and recently brought its sale to a successful conclusion.
Very confident in the whole process. He was easy to deal with, always available any time of the day. The had recommended to go to auction and we got 50k over what my target was - could not be happier
