I first met with Adam due to previous sales in the area. After meeting him there was no question that he and time realty were the best positioned to sell my property. From the outset he was courteous and friendly but also completely professional. It was a tricky time to be selling but Adam's advice and approach to the campaign proved very successful. We had already purchased another property so timing was crucial and Adam came through on time and with a purchase price above our expectations and well above comparable sales in the area. I will be using Adam again and would highly recommend him to all buyers and sellers.
As a first time seller I was unsure and a little nervous about the whole process but from day one Adam made me feel confident and well-informed. His professionalism and knowledge of the local area is second to none and his patience and kind nature made the selling process uncomplicated and stress-free. In the end we sold in a shorter time and for more money than I had ever expected! I will continue to recommend Time Realty to anyone buying or selling in the Five Dock area as I could not have asked for a better experience.

Just a quick note to thank you and your team at Time Realty for your professionalism throughout the marketing and selling campaign of 12/47-49 Gipps Street, Concord. I can see you are a true, confident and honest agent with a great deal of expertise and experience under your belt. Your true personal style and commitment was truly evident which I do not think we would have received from any other agent in the inner west area that we interviewed. You reported regularly and accurately and kept both Sue and myself up to date via email, telephone discussions etc after inspections, OPENS and building inspection requests. I would highly recommend your agency to any prospect vendors who are seeking to sign contracts with Time Realty.
Adam and the team at Time Realty were fantastic to work with and got my apartment sold without any fuss. He secured me a great price and I would use Time Realty again for any other property dealings I have in the area.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your hard work with regards to our sale. Being a Licensed Real Estate Agent myself, I had the opportunity of selling my own property however I am always an advocate of recommending to all my clients to work with the specialist in the area, which is why we chose you. You have dominated the sales in our building and when it came to choosing our agent we didnt bother to speak with any other agents, as your results were proven. Your communication skills are excellent and we were never left wondering what was happening as you kept us informed every step of the way and you even smashed a new block record well done! If you ever have a client who would like a reference regarding the way you operate, I would more than happy to speak with them. So thank you once again to you and your team, wishing you all the best for the future. Julia & Daniel Beneduce
We purchased our property through Adam and now sold it with him. Adam is a great communicator and kept us up to date from start to finish. Thanks for making the sales process stress free and so easy for us. We are happy with the outcome.
Adam, was able to ensure our fussy and complicated situation was dealt with in a professional and hassle free manner. Time Realty and all their staff delivered in all aspects with selling my place. I cant thank Adam and his team enough for exceeding my expectations with the result and taking care of me... They really know how to provide good service.
Just like to write a review on Adam Scappatura . He helped me bid at a number of auctions and always gave me an unbiased opionion on properties. He is an absolute proffessional who you need on your side in the inner west real estate market.
Adam has proven to be a great asset in the process to sell our first home in Canada Bay. He was part of the process back when we were considering renovating to sell, assisting us to identify the best places to spend our time and money. Then once we finished renovating happily talked us through our options in terms of timing (we were coming close to the end of the year), and then walked us through the considerations for auction versus outright sale. He provided us with key market messages we could watch out for that would then determine whether we would take an early offer or continue to auction, so that when the actual situation occurred we already had our head around how we felt we would respond. This therefore meant much of the uncertainty and fear of selling was taken away and it all ended up simply being down to who was interested. In the end he got us the price we were hoping for, and found a buyer that we know will enjoy the lovely lifestyle we have built for them. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone in the Five Dock general area as he thoroughly understands both the local buyer and those new to the area and is lovely to deal with.
