n behalf of my husband Wilfred Tua, we would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation in regards to your help and assistance in selling our house in 104 Bridge Road, Westmead, NSW 2145. You have worked hard to get us the sale price we wanted to sell our property and have the confidence and network to get us the best deal. We've have given you a next to impossible margin price to work on, and still deliver us the result we wanted. You have been tirelessly in contact with us giving us feedback and advice. We can call you anytime and never been unavailable to take action and answers our concerns at all times. You are very attentive to all our needs, even now 3 months after the sale of our property. You are very professional in our dealings with us and very upfront in whatever the situation was. You are one of the best in the industry and we know because we been in contact with 7 real estate agent before you since we decided to sell our property last year. We will be proud to recommend your services. Thanks again for all your help and more power.
It is a pleasure to provide this testimonial for Lambros Markessinis of Time Realty, Five Dock. Lambros was the agent that facilitated the sale of our townhouse in Mortlake and the rental of our unit in Randwick in 2014. Lambros was fantastic to deal with from the start. He was always prepared to go the extra mile and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He always presented well and greeted everyone, including prospective purchasers, in a cheerful and professional manner. He always provided complete and prompt feedback following each open house and followed up with the interested buyers. Lambros has a comprehensive knowledge of the property market and has applied this to work with us to determine the most effective strategies to achieve an excellent outcome. He always listens to our views and respects our opinions. He provides sound professional advice and does not push us for a strategy or sale price for the sake of a quick sale. Lambros' proactivity and customer focus is demonstrated by identifying potential tenants for our rental unit before we even started planning. This assisted us tremendously with a smooth transition as we moved from our investment property to our new home. We would have no hesitation in engaging Lambros in the future as our property agent of choice and would strongly recommend him to other vendors.
I had the pleasure of Lambros Markessinis selling my home January 2014. Lambros Markessinis was fantastic to deal with. Always punctual, very reliable and excellent communicator Nothing was ever too much trouble for Lambros Markessinis and he always greeted my family, myself and perspective purchasers in a very happy and professional manner. His retention of information from viewers at open houses was first class and always articulated well. In my business I meet a lot of agents, so I can speak from experience in saying that I’d be more than happy to use Lambros Markessinis , again to sell my home and strongly recommend him to other vendors.
It is with great pleasure that i take the time to write and thank you for the excellent manner in which you conducted the recent sale of my home. All members of your sales team were courteous and feedback from each inspection was informative and i was kept in the loop at all times. The amount of people that inspected the property was impressive and I'm sure due to your diligence. The price was beyond expectation and I believe this is only because of hard work and attitude of your sales team . I can't thank you enough and have no hesitation in recommending your services.
