"Very Grateful to Ana"
A few years ago, I used to rent a property in Brunswick through Woodards and the lease was managed by Ana. Between Ana and my landlord (also neighbour), all issues were resolved quickly and I enjoyed good amenity of the property. I've recently returned to Melbourne and I approached Ana directly to find me a new place to live. Knowing that I'm a reliable tenant, she contacted all of her colleagues to keep me informed of the listings as they became available, and Woodards found me a place that will suit. I'm very busy with work and family and short on time, so her effort s have been terrific. I've been genuinely delighted by Ana's attention and can't recommend her highly enough.

"Terrible property manager"
Ana gave tenant free rent and rental reductions with absolutely no authorisation from the landlord as if she owns the property and refuses to provide landlord with an accurate ledger so bond can be returned. Thinks she is the property owner in and in my opinion seems to have known the tenant on a personal basis and waived rent for him.
